Calculation Guide
Official Calculation Architecture
1. THE PRIMARY SPLIT (65/35 RULE)
Every peso entered into the
Total Collection is immediately divided into two distinct operational budgets:
- ACADEMY FUND (65%): Dedicated to the compensation of the Coaching Staff and the Director’s Academy fee.
- CLUB FUND (35%): Reserved for club growth, equipment, maintenance, and the Director’s Club fee.
2. MANAGEMENT BASE SALARY
Before any individual staff payouts are calculated, the
Director/Manager receives a
20% Base Fee. To ensure a fair contribution from both sides:
- 10% is deducted from the Academy Fund.
- 10% is deducted from the Club Fund.
The remaining balances in these funds form the "Working Pool" for the rest of the calculations.
3. COACHING SALARY (WEIGHTED ATTENDANCE)
We utilize a
Weighted Ratio system. This ensures the Head Coach receives a larger "chunk" of the fund while still scaling based on actual days worked:
- Head Coach Weight: 2.5x (Days worked x 2.5).
- Assistant Coach Weight: 1.0x (Days worked x 1.0).
- The ₱8,000 Guarantee: The Head Coach is protected by an ₱8,000 floor. If their share is lower, the system shifts funds from the Assistant pool to meet this minimum.
4. SPECIAL DEDUCTIONS & REDISTRIBUTION
When the
Special Deduction (Default 40%) is toggled
ON:
- The Deduction: The percentage is removed from that coach's specific payout.
- Director’s Bonus: 10% of that deducted amount is given to the Director as a bonus.
- Staff Redistribution: The remaining 90% is distributed among other eligible Senior Staff.
- The Exclusion Rule: The coach who was deducted cannot receive a share of their own deduction pool.
5. JUNIOR STATUS & CLUB SUPPORT
Staff members marked with
Junior Status contribute to the club’s sustainability:
- 25% of their total salary is deducted and flows directly into the Club Fund.
- Junior staff do not participate in receiving Redistribution Bonuses.
6. FINAL AUDIT & BALANCE CHECK
The system performs a real-time audit to ensure:
[Staff Payouts] + [Director Total] + [Final Club Fund] = Original Total Collection.
